What thickness should I get?
The 1mm and 1.3mm options are slimmer and feel more comfortable, which makes them a good fit for mild grinding and clenching.
Should you grind or clench heavily, or plan to use your night guard as a retainer too, our recommendation is the 2mm choice. The gap between 1mm and 1.3mm is harder to feel, and those thinner ones can wear down rather fast.
